Product Refunds
Product refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase for Moor Spa skincare products only, with a valid reason and proof. Refunds are not offered after 30 days has passed, or on any other product brands offered.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy (appointment)
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for all in-person services. If you need to cancel, please contact Rebecca to reschedule. If you are cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment time, please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that will be applied to your next service.
